Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology…Building for the Future

Sacred Heart has beautiful facilities on a partially wooded, 250-acre campus. Built in the 1960’s, the chapel is a wonderful example of mid-century architecture.  It is round and topped with a crown, symbolizing Jesus’ triumph over death. It is also a symbol of the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the motto of the community, Adveniat Regnum Tuum, Thy Kingdom Come.

As we look towards that bright future, renovations to update our living spaces and classrooms are a must!  Providing bedrooms with attached bathrooms is more critical than ever to keep our seminarians healthy.  Upgrading technology in classrooms will help faculty shift from face-to-face to virtual teaching, at a moment’s notice.

Can you help us provide the best facilities for our future seminarians?

As we welcome students from all around the world, let’s help them feel at home. There is nothing fancy about our plans, just basic needs and safety requirements for these servants of Christ.

Renovations of the main lobby received the IIDA Wisconsin Award of Excellence in the liturgical project category. You can see photos of the specific work at Dimension Madison Design group’s website:
